Ask on WhatsApp
How does booking work?

You choose a car category, a location and dates. You pay 20% of the price online to confirm. The agency confirms the booking, then you pay the rest and the deposit on the spot when you pick up the car.

Why pay 20% online?

The 20% secures your car and pays for the FleetFetch service: agency checks, our guarantee if something goes wrong, and support. The rest goes directly to the agency.

Is the price shown the final price?

Yes. The total rental price is shown in euros before you pay, with no hidden fees. Only the deposit is added, and it's returned when you bring the car back.

How does the deposit work?

The deposit depends on the category: €500 for economy or compact, €600 for a sedan, €750 for an SUV or 7-seater, €1,000 for premium. It's paid in cash to the agency and returned when you bring the car back in the same condition.

Why does the agency keep my passport?

In Algeria, most agencies only have third-party insurance. Your passport is their guarantee during the rental, and it's returned when you bring the car back. We recommend keeping a copy or another ID for your hotel and road checks.

Which documents do I need?

Your passport, a driving licence held for at least 2 years, and your booking confirmation. The minimum age is 21.

Why give my flight number?

It lets the agency know when you land. If your flight is delayed, the car waits for you.

Can I cancel?

Yes. More than 7 days before pick-up, the 20% is refunded in full. Between 7 days and 48 hours, 50% is refunded. Less than 48 hours before, or if you don't show up, it isn't refunded.

What if the agency isn't there or cancels?

That's our guarantee: we refund you in full and find you a car of the same category or better, at no extra cost.

Will I get exactly the model shown?

You book a category. The model shown is an example: you'll get this model or a similar one, with the same number of seats and level of equipment.

Is the car insured?

All cars have mandatory third-party insurance. What happens if the car is damaged is set out in the agency's contract, which you sign at pick-up. We're working on offering full cover.

Who are the partner agencies?

Local rental agencies we check before accepting them: company registration, condition of the cars and quality of service.
